These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Marinesia , including its website, dashboard, and related services, as well as Marinesia API (collectively, the “Service”).

Marinesia is operated under the brand name “Marinesia” as an independent service provider.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

The Service provides access to maritime data, including vessel tracking data, through an API. The Service is provided by Marinesia on an as-is basis and may be subject to change without notice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to enter into these Terms.

4. Accounts & Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API key.
  • You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account or API key.
  • You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or API key.

5. Subscription, Billing & Payments

  • Certain features require a paid subscription.
  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
  • Access may be suspended for failed or overdue payments.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Abuse, overload, or disrupt the Service.
  • Attempt to bypass technical restrictions or rate limits.
  • Reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service or data.
  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes.

  • No guarantee is made regarding reliability, accuracy, or timeliness.
  • Users must independently verify all information.

However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, systems, APIs, data, and software remain the exclusive property of Marinesia.

10. Third-Party Services

Access may be suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms or payment failure.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • No liability for indirect or consequential damages.
  • Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the most recent billing period.
  • We are not liable for any loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Marinesia from claims arising from your use of the Service.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to These Terms

Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
